- Use a steel tape measure for best accuracy.
- Measure to the nearest 1/8'' - don't round your measurements.
- Before taking any measurements, step back from your window and decide if you want to mount the window treatment inside the window recess, or outside on the wall.
- Choose the inside mount to: Give your window a clean and simple look, or highlight attractive window moldings.
- Choose the outside mount to: Minimize light gaps and offer more privacy, make your window appear larger, and hide windows that are crooked or unattractive.
- Your window needs to be deep enough for an inside mount. Please check the "Size Specs" section for detailed requirements for different shades.
PRODUCTION TIME
Custom-made blinds and shades at Allesin need 5~7 business days of production.
SHIPPING RATE
We offer free shipping for all our products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.
TAX CHARGE
Tax will be included in your order price. In rare cases, your order may incur custom fees levied by your country. These fees are your responsibility, and unfortunately, we have no control over the policies of your or any other country's custom agency. For more information on potential custom fees and duties, please contact your local custom office.
ARRIVAL ESTIMATE
You can expect to have your package in 7~10 business days once shipped. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships letting you know it’s on the way.

RETURN & REFUND
Allesin always works hard to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event, you need to exchange or request refund, we’re ready to make it right! Please keep in mind that because all of our products are custom-made, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless it is defective.
If there is a defect in material or workmanship, for example, if something doesn’t work properly, or your product was made in the wrong size due to an error made at our production facility, you can return it within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we will replace the same product in the same size you ordered at no cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@allesin.com, and attach photo/video proofs. We will decide if your return request is acceptable within 2 business days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll cover the shipping fee and send you a pre-paid shipping label within 2 business days, and instructions on how and where to send your package.
If any products are broken or damaged upon arrival, please keep the original outside package to request the replacement. Kindly send us photos or videos to service@allesin.com showing the damaged parts along with the package appearance. We will confirm the issue within 2 business days and send you replacements accordingly. Please note any replacement production has the same timeframe as usual orders.
If you would like to request refund instead of remake as per the above situations, please send related proofs as listed above to service@allesin.com. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, or confirm any broken/damaged parts, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3~5 business days after we issue the refund.
