Every shade is custom-made to your entered measurements. If something doesn't fit because of an error on our end, we'll remake it at no charge. Made a measurement mistake? We'll still help — a replacement is available at a reduced cost.

Warranty
Every order includes a 3-year limited warranty covering motor and remote defects, plus ongoing complimentary technical support. Need longer coverage? Extended warranty plans are available at checkout—up to 5 years.
- How do I file a warranty claim?
Email service@allesin.com or visit our Contact Us page and describe the issue, and tell us your order number. We'll get back to you within 3 business days.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes — cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production has already begun, and we're unable to cancel. Email us right away if you need to make changes.
