What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept PayPal and major credit card processor (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping throughout the United States on all products.

Do you charge tax on orders?

Tax will be included in your order price.

How can I reconfirm my order information after placing an order?

We will send you an order confirmation email right after your order is placed. We will proceed production if we don't receive your change request in 24 hours.

Is it possible to change my order after I have completed it?

All of our motorized shades are customized, so we can only accept order change within 24h after the order is placed. Please send an email to service@allesin.com or go to Contact Us page to specify your changes. We will make it right without any additional charge before it is shipped out.

How long can I receive my custom product?

Once you place an order, most products take 5~7 business days to custom build. It usually then take another 7~10 business days before your order arrives. Please kindly plan 10~15 business days for most custom orders to arrive at your doorstep.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email within 1-2 business days. You can then check the shipping information here with the tracking number provided.

Warranty & Returns
Is there any warranty?

We provide a two-year warranty on motors, remotes and a long-term complimentary technical support. To extend your warranty coverage, you can purchase our "Extended Warranty" in the products’ custom option.

What should I do if something is missing or broken?

Please contact us and provide photo/video proofs. Kindly review our return policy for what we offer to help make things right.

What should I do if I made a mistake with my order?

A replacement with correct color or dimension will be offered at an extra charge according to your order changes. We strongly recommend double checking the order confirmation email right after your order is placed. We will proceed production if we don't receive your change request in 24 hours.

How can I file a warranty claim?

Simply send an email to service@allesin.com or go to Contac Us page to specify the issue. We will get back to you within 3 business days.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as our products are custom-made to order, unless your order is defective upon arrival. Kindly review our return policy for what we offer to help make things right. If the refund is acceptable, your money will return to your payment channel within 3 to 5 working days.

Can I cancel my order after I finish the payment?

All of our motorized shades are customized, so we can only accept order cancel within 24h after the order is placed. Please send an email to service@allesin.com or go to Contact Us page to specify your cancel.

How do I install my new blinds or shades?

Our product installation process is quite simple.

Step 1. Bracket location installation

Step 2. Mounting the shade

Step 3. Directly operate with the pre-programmed remote, or connect Tuya app for automation and voice commands if you’ve purchased the smart control options.

Our Products
Are your blinds of the same quality as other name brands?

Yes, and even better. We know custom window coverings are pricey, especially those motorized and smart blinds. Allesin is always committed to affordability without compromising on quality.

What material are your products? Would they hold up in a bathroom with humidity?

You can choose blackout shades. Our blackout blinds are made up of 100% durable polyester and waterproof layer, so they can be installed in a bathroom against humidity.

How do these mount to the frame? Do they mount to the top or sides?

These blinds mount on top. You can screw them on window frame by the brackets.

What is the dimension of the cassette the shade rolls up into?

About 1.5’’ deep and 2.8’’ high, and the depth of the brackets is about 2’’.

Can you see through these from outside?

No, not at all. The shades themselves block light very well so you cannot see through them from the outside.

Can I cut the width of the shades?

No. The shade is not available to cut. Please kindly choose the proper size.

Does the street -side color coordinate with the inside color?

Unfortunately not. For cellular shades, if you choose a certain color, the other side will all be white, but both sides are available to be mounted inside. For roller shades, the color of the back is sliver, because there is a silver coating on the fabric to efficiently prevent the sunlight and UV.

What are the charging options?

We offer two kinds of power supply, dry cells and rechargeable lithium battery. The rechargeable option also comes with a solar panel add-on that can save you a lot money on electric bills.

Is mounting hardware included in my order?

Yes, all the mounting hardware will be included in your shipment. If there is anything missing or broken, you could email us for re-shipment.

Motorization and Smart Control
How are the motorized shades operated?

Our motorized shades can be operated with a remote, Tuya app, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant. You can set up automation on Tuya app to schedule the ups and downs for your daily needs.

What is the difference between 1-channel remote and 15-channel remote?

Use 1-channel remote to control a single shade. Use 15-channel remote to control multiple shades at the same time. Remote is already programmed to the shade. Once installed, your shade is ready to use.

What is the difference between the wireless transponder and the bridge for smart controls?

With the wireless transponder or bridge, you can control the shade via your phone, Alexa or Google Assistant. The bridge will have more personalized settings than the transponder. The transponder needs to be plugged into a USB port.
