PRODUCTION TIME

Custom-made blinds and shades at Allesin need 5~7 business days of production.

SHIPPING RATE

We offer free shipping for all our products.

TAX CHARGE

Tax will be included in your order price.

ARRIVAL ESTIMATE

You can expect to have your package in 7~10 business days once shipped. We currently offer shipping services from UPS. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships letting you know it’s on the way.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

RETURN & REFUND

Allesin always works hard to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event, you need to return or exchange, we’re ready to make it right! Please keep in mind that because all of our products are custom-made, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless it is defective.

If there is a defect in material or workmanship, for example, if something doesn’t work properly, or your product was made in the wrong size due to an error made at our production facility, you can return it within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we will replace the same product in the same size you ordered at no cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@allesin.com, and attach photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

If any products are broken or damaged upon arrival, please keep the original outside package to request the replacement. Kindly send us photos or videos to service@allesin.com showing the damaged parts along with the package appearance. We will help you get the replacements at the earliest.
