What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all our products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.

Do you charge tax on orders?

Tax will be included in your order price.

In rare cases, your order may incur custom fees levied by your country. These fees are your responsibility, and unfortunately, we have no control over the policies of your or any other country's custom agency. For more information on potential custom fees and duties, please contact your local custom office.

How can I reconfirm my order information after placing an order?

We will send you an order confirmation email right after your order is placed. We will proceed production if we don't receive your change request in 24 hours.

Is it possible to change my order after I have completed it?

All of our motorized shades are customized, so we can only accept order change within 24h after the order is placed. Please send an email to service@allesin.com or go to Contact Us page to specify your changes. We will make it right without any additional charge before it is shipped out.

How long can I receive my custom product?

Once you place an order, most products take 5~7 business days to custom build. It usually then take another 7~10 business days before your order arrives. Please kindly plan 12~17 business days for most custom orders to arrive at your doorstep.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email within 1-2 business days. You can then check the shipping information here with the tracking number provided.
